Strinco accepts appointments in which we are given discretion over the selection of mutual funds as an investment. These appointments are most often associated with the investment of 401(k) plans, where the plan participant is offered an array of funds. Strinco can assist clients who are documenting their compliance with the "safe harbour" provisions of ERISA section 404(c) regulations.
